How to protect your cat with NexGard® COMBO?

Pull the Plunger
PULL THE PLUNGER

Remove the applicator from its blister and pull the plunger slightly backwards.

Remove the cap
REMOVE THE CAP

Twist and remove the cap form the applicator.

Part the hair
PART THE HAIR

Using your fingertips, part the hair of your cat on the midline of the neck.

Apply
APPLY

Place the tip of the applicator in contact with the skin and apply the entire content in one spot.

Safety Profile

All medicines, including veterinary medicines, carry benefits and risks. NexGard® COMBO contains the active ingredient esafoxolaner. Esafoxolaner is part of the isoxazoline family of chemicals. Adverse reactions to this family of chemicals are rarely observed but may include vomiting, diarrhoea, lethargy, inappetence (loss of appetite), itching and very rarely, seizures. Most adverse reactions are mild, self-limiting and of short duration. For cats with a history of epilepsy or other seizure disorders, it is recommended to seek veterinary advice prior to treatment with medicines of this class. Eprinomectin and praziquantel are the other active ingredient in NexGard® COMBO. Adverse reactions to eprinomectin and praziquantel are rarely observed at recommended doses.

 

Rigorous safety studies demonstrate NexGard® COMBO excellent safety profile. This is further supported by Boehringer Ingelheim’s rigorous pharmacovigilance program which closely monitors and evaluates any suspected adverse events reported to the company by pet owners or veterinarians in all countries where the product is registered.
